At Urban Bar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home bar and glassware purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Urban Bar account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely wrap your glassware or bar accessories in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring all components are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
