This bright, zingy gin from UK distillery Chase is full of aromatic orange flavour. It is made by re-distilling potato-based Chase GB Gin with Seville orange peels, and then macerating the liquid with fresh Seville oranges for an unmistakably citrus flavour.
Suggested serves: Perfect in a Spritz with white vermouth, orange bitters and tonic or soda. Also great in a Spanish-style G&T garnished with thick orange slices, or an orange-scented Negroni.
Tasting Notes
The nose presents bundles of sweet ripe orange, with supporting aromas of lemon peel and fresh coriander. On the palate, the orange is gentle and natural, balancing wonderfully with the juniper, which remains prominent. A dryness rolls across the palate, exposing additional flavours of coriander powder, mint and cinnamon.
