This no-age-statement whisky, sourced from an unnamed distillery and crafted in small batches of just 6,000 bottles, is matured in a combination of ex-oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks for a fruity, chocolatey and rich depth of flavour.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with 20ml of strawberry puree and top with Champagne or Prosecco for a sparkling, celebratory drink.
Tasting Notes
An elegantly floral yet fruity and inviting nose with warming aromas of chocolate, caramel and crunchy roasted almonds alongside ripe peach and dried fruits. As the silky texture glides across the tongue it becomes sweeter, with notes of honeycomb, juicy sultanas and an exotic fruitiness. Still, its that creamy milk chocolate and toasted oak that leave a long and lasting impression.
